To follow in the footsteps of Dr. Ainsley Elizabeth Moore and champion for the reproductive freedom of women, particularly the disadvantaged and marginalized, by providing stigma-free financial support for those requiring access to women's health services.
We believe that access to abortion, and related health care services, should not be determined by who you are, where you live, or how much money you have – it is a medical service that should be accessible to all.
We envision a world where individuals — regardless of their background — have full access to compassionate care and support around their reproductive health decisions without biases or barriers. We strive to eliminate the economic barriers limiting one’s access to reproductive care by providing financial and logistical assistance to those who meet the organizational guidelines for support.
Our primary goal is to eliminate the economic and logistical barriers that prevent individuals from accessing essential reproductive care. We do this by providing compassionate financial and logistical assistance to those in need who meet our organizational eligibility criteria.
To ensure care without conditions.

We believe that access to high-quality, safe, evidence-based health care is a right for every individual. Abortion is an integral component of the comprehensive maternal, sexual, and reproductive health care options care that doctors provide for people of reproductive age; an important option to ensure people’s health, safety and wellbeing.

We believe that bodily autonomy is a foundational human right: that all people deserve the freedom to decide what to do with their own bodies, and to make informed decisions about their own medical care. That means no one should have to carry a pregnancy to term against their will, and access to reproductive health care should not be limited by shame, fear, lack of resources, and/or discrimination.

Everyone is an expert on their own life and knows what they need to thrive. Irrespective of their personal decisions about their body, life, or family, everyone deserves to be supported and treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.
We honour the diverse circumstances, identities, and experiences that shape an individual's choices, and we are committed to listening without judgment and providing assistance, when appropriate, that respects each person’s autonomy and lived reality.

Just as every individual is the expert of their own life and deserves the freedom to make informed decisions about their body, life, and family – including the right to access to high-quality, safe, evidence-based health care – we understand that the decision to terminate a pregnancy is very difficult and deeply personal. No one should ever be made vulnerable by the non-consensual disclosure of their health care choices.
You have a right to access abortion care that is completely private and confidential.
Access to comprehensive reproductive health care is essential for the physical, mental, and social well-being of individuals across Canada. These range of services enable individuals to make informed decisions about their bodies, health, and futures.
When reproductive care is accessible, timely, and inclusive, it contributes to lower rates of maternal and infant mortality, improved mental health outcomes, and greater economic and social stability for individuals and families. Moreover, it empowers women to pursue education, employment, and leadership without being limited by unmet health needs. However, access remains uneven — particularly for those living in rural or remote areas, Indigenous communities, or facing systemic barriers such as poverty, racism, or immigration status.
Supporting reproductive health care is not only a medical concern but a fundamental issue of gender equity, human rights, and social justice.

Abortion is an essential component of women's health care, and like all medical matters, decisions regarding abortion should be made by the patients themselves. Canada is one of the few countries in which there are no criminal restrictions, nor any legally mandated gestational limits on abortion. The procedure is primarily seen and regulated as a healthcare service under the Canada Health Act, and is available to women on request.
However, while abortion is legally available for women throughout the country, access can still be uneven and difficult. The burden of accessing reproductive care can be overwhelming — especially when long-distance travel and a lack of local services are involved. This burden is even greater for individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, youth, undocumented people, and those experiencing intimate partner violence, homelessness, substance use disorders, or living with disabilities.
We strive for a world where women of all walks of life have full access to care and support around their reproductive health decisions without biases or barriers. It is a right that should be available for all, and that is why we believe supporting abortion services is so important.
